2.2. "BrothersStock.com" (AI Aggregator)

Advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning technology that:

• Performs automated crawling, scanning, semantic analysis, and algorithmic selection exclusively on the websites, applications, and platforms of contractually validated partners.
• Performs automatic publishing and indexing (auto-indexing) of partners' products, services, and offers not only in the BS ecosystem but also on global external search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, Yandex, Baidu, etc.) according to specific agreements and APIs.
• Functions as a technological backend infrastructure and primary data source, without offering a user interface (UI), its own ad management system, direct monetization, or commercial accounts for end users.

2.3. "User"

Any natural or legal person who accesses, views, interacts with, or uses in any way the browser, search engine, or any of BS's commercial or non-commercial services, whether or not they have a registered account on the platform.

2.4. "Publisher"

Legally registered entity that has successfully completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) validation process and technical verification, and which integrates, implements, and displays the BS advertising system on its own digital platforms (websites, mobile applications, web services, etc.), benefiting from monetization and reporting through dedicated dashboards.

2.5. "Advertiser"

Legally registered entity that has completed the full identity and compliance validation process, and which creates, finances, manages, and optimizes advertising campaigns through the BS ecosystem, based on a specific contractual agreement or validated order, having access to advanced campaign management dashboards.

2.6. "Affiliate Partner"

Any website, online store, mobile application, digital platform, or online service that has been verified, validated, and approved by the BrothersStock.com AI Aggregator for indexing, and whose products, services, or content are presented in BS results and/or other global search engines through our auto-indexing system.

2.7. "Services"

The complete set of functionalities, capabilities, and facilities made available to users by BS and BrothersStock.com, including but not limited to: intelligent search, secure browsing, contextual advertising system, monetization solutions for publishers, analytics dashboards, APIs for technical integration, automatic indexing through AI technology, global SEO optimization, etc.

2.8. "Dashboard"

Professional administration interface with multiple access levels and functionalities, made available to validated publishers and advertisers for configuring, managing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns, viewing detailed performance reports, accessing granular analytics data, and administering the automatic payment and invoicing system.

2.9. "Crawling"

Automated technological process by which the BrothersStock.com AI Aggregator systematically scans, analyzes, and extracts relevant information from affiliate partners' sites and platforms, using advanced indexing and classification algorithms.

2.10. "Auto-Indexing"

Automatic technological procedure by which the data, products, and services of validated partners are extracted, standardized, optimized, and distributed to multiple search engines and platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and relevant results.

2.11. "KYC" (Know Your Customer)

Complete process of verification and validation of identity and legal compliance for commercial entities (publishers and advertisers) wishing to access the commercial dashboards and monetization functionalities of the BS platform, including verification of identity documents, commercial registration documents, legal address, shareholder structure, legal representatives, and tax compliance.

2.12. "API" (Application Programming Interface)

Structured set of protocols, procedures, and tools that allow programmatic interaction and integration between the BS/BrothersStock.com platform and third-party applications or systems of partners, available exclusively on the basis of specific contractual agreements and technical validation.

2.13. "Search Result"

Structured information, displayed following a search request made by a user in the BS search engine, coming exclusively from validated sources and verified affiliate partners.

2.14. "Click Fraud"

Fraudulent activity involving the artificial generation of clicks on advertising materials displayed through the BS system, with the intent to manipulate statistics, deplete campaign budgets, or obtain unjustified financial benefits.

2.15. "Tracking"

Monitoring and recording users' behavior, interactions, preferences, and actions within the BS ecosystem, for the purpose of personalizing the experience, optimizing results, and preventing fraudulent activities.

Unlike traditional search engines, the results DO NOT come from free and uncontrolled indexing of the internet – each partner and each content is verified, audited, and contractually and technologically monitored to ensure the quality, timeliness, and legality of the information presented.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS OF USE
